Joe and Stacey did an amazing job with selling my house! I decided to sell my house while living in a different state and was 9 months pregnant at the time. To say the least, they made this process so easy and stress free and I couldn't be more grateful. We are using Joe to both find a new home and sell our present one. Joe has been patient with both the state of the world (2020 kind of is what it is), and our own rather oddball circumstances and needs that have led to some 6 months of house hunting -mainly due to the lack of available homes in our area that work for our situation. We have found him and his agents to be honest, timely, and easy to deal with despite all of that. I'm not massively experienced with realtors, or buying and selling a house, but I know he makes the person we purchased our current house
from look terrible in comparison. I'm pretty sure if he can work with us, he could work with literally _anyone_, and while I do not have any plans of moving again, I would not hesitate for a moment to use McCarthy real estate if I did.

Not only did he help me find houses to refurbish and rent in the neighborhood I grew up, he also provided me with many of the people that worked on the rehabs such as a general contractors, a roofer/siding contractor, and a master plumber.
