I've worked with other Agents in the past and none were quite what I was looking for. My expectations are extremely high and i wanted an Agent that had the same standards for high quality customer service, knowledge in his profession, willingness to go beyond the norm and most of, truly care as if i am a member of his family. For those reasons, not only have we sold our rental house with Joe, but bought and sold 3 homes and now going on 4th. It says alot about Joe when we can trust him with our family's future. He has made our difficult, stressful choices that of a sound judgement and with great insight that we have never regretted choosing Joe as our forever Agent for selling and buying!!!!

Literally the best real estate agent you could ask for. I went in to the home buying process completely certain it wasn’t even a possibility for me. I was just taking a shot in the dark basically. From the very first phone call though, Joe has made this entire process hopeful, optimistic, realistic and just enjoyable. I’m finally moving my little family into our own home in just a few weeks and I have so much thanks for Joe making this all possible. He’s truly personable and he truly cares about his clients. We have worked with Joe several times over the last 13 years. He advised us on every property we viewed (which was near 60 homes), whether the neighborhood was good, developing, an area we might not like, etc. He also advised on potential areas of concern on each property (i.e. foundation or plumbing) anything that might be a red flag. Once a property was decided on, he communicated with us through every step. Keeping us updated on deadlines and where we were in the process and what to expect next. Our transactions have always been very smooth. What makes Joe an amazing agent is that he listened to what we needed, he’s relatable and an expert in all aspects of buying/selling homes. We have recommended Joe to our friends and family and we will never use another agent. If you’re looking for the best real estate agent, you found him.
