Joe and the whole Perkins team recently helped me sell my house. This was the first house I've ever sold and with their help it was as easy and smooth as I could have hoped for. From the time he first came over to see the house to the closing of the sale Joe was great. He gave great advice, was prompt to reply to any questions I had, and patient with me when it took longer than expected to prep my house for the sale. When it comes time to buy another house, Joe will be the first call I make.
