A friend of mine who is a real estate agent in another state chose to research agents for me when I was looking to purchase my first home. He met Joe first and knew Joe and I would connect. My friend was right. Joe took the time to get to know exactly what I wanted to find and put no pressure on me to do anything outside of it. He disliked the same houses as me and the house I knew was right, Joe knew was right as well. Joe helped me with financing and every single part of the process. My husband & I had an amazing experience as first-time homebuyers because of Joe.

We interviewed multiple realtors and Joe stood out for us. So, we decided to work with him and it was the best thing. With our busy lives, my husband and I wanted to use our time efficiently. So, we told Joe exactly what we wanted, how much is our budget, and where to look. He never questioned or pushed but he guided us as we navigate the uncharted waters. It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe! He was responsive and timely to get back to us when we had questions. He was flexible around our crazy schedules. He was actively on the lookout for houses we might like, and with this crazy market, he got us fast appointments when he knew the houses would sell fast. When we were interested in putting an offer on a house, he was in constant contact with the other realtor. He gave us honest opinions about houses knowing what kind of style we were looking for. He was respectful, professional, and relatable. He really became a friend, and my kids loved seeing him too. Joe goes above and beyond for selling and buying a house. The buying and selling process went faster than we thought it would. Joe went to bat for us with the other realtor as to why the seller should choose us over the other two offers they had. He told us everyone should move into a clean house and worry about moving instead of cleaning, so he made sure our new home was cleaned, and he had our sold home cleaned before closing. The amount of stress that removed is amazing. We saw so much of Joe after the process started that it felt so weird to not see him almost daily once we found our new home. Joe kept in contact after closing to make sure we were getting settled in ok. He sent us pizza on moving weekend and said pizza is a staple of the moving process. I really just have so many good things to say about him. I'm so glad we had the privilege of working of Joe!!
