Being a first time home buyer in a sellers market made me really nervous to find our home; however, Joe was able to get our offer accepted and close escrow all within one month! This would not have been possible if it weren’t for Joe’s strategic approach. Joe was able to put together a unique offer that stood out from the rest without having to sacrifice spend. In addition, Joe is extremely knowledgeable and always provided a thorough answer to my questions which resulted in me seeking for his feedback/advice. Being a first time home buyer was an intimidating prospect for me at first. My sister had initially contacted Joe for me about a property he was selling, but I ended up deciding that it was just not the right time for me to start looking at that moment. Joe was incredibly patient as he waited for me to be in the right mindset and provided me with all the resources necessary to take this on this new challenge.

During the home search process, Joe had a keen eye for noticing my likes and dislikes and used that to guide me towards properties that I would be more interested in. It was also super helpful that he came prepared with gloves, hand sanitizer, and masks when viewing properties. He took the time to walk me through each process to make sure I knew what to anticipate when making an offer.

Once, I found the property that I liked and had accepted my offer, Joe was quick to get the process started, so I could get the keys to my new condo before the end of the year (it was mid-November when my offer was accepted). He was great at communicating what to anticipate during the escrow process, and he made himself available to answer any questions that I had and returned my messages urgently.

Joe was incredibly helpful through this whole process, and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. You are in good hands with Joe.

Joe helped us negotiate a purchase of an empty lot which got very complicated with the sellers withholding info, etc. But Joe was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and got us thru the purchase with a great sense of confidence that we were getting a great deal with all the bugs worked out. I can't imagine how we could've gotten thru it with any lesser of a realtor. He is tops in my opinion.

We are so glad we got to work with Joe when buying our home! From the beginning, Joe consistently showed that he had our best interests in mind. He went above and beyond expectations to make sure we found a good home, and he targeted our search to neighborhoods and homes that would be a good fit. We are first-time home buyers, and Joe was friendly, reliable, and available for communicating with us. Through our many phone calls, Joe was patient and took the time to explain how the home-buying process works in great detail. We were purchasing a home during the pandemic, and Joe also took safety precautions seriously: offering gloves and masks and following procedure when viewing potential homes. We originally started looking at homes with a different agent and company, but as soon as we met Joe, it “clicked” and we never looked back. If we ever plan to purchase another home, we will definitely be contacting Joe and we recommend him for finding your new home as well. You are definitely in good hands with Joe!
