Joe’s love for the Yancey County area is deeply rooted, as four generations of his family have lived in the South Toe Valley. During his long career in sales, philanthropy, and marketing on four continents, a significant consideration has always been the length of time it takes to get back to the South Toe Valley! Joe is now “home for good” and focusing on helping people find their ideal home—whether seasonal or year-round—in this beautiful region.
