Joe Shedaker

Joe Shedaker was born and raised in the Philadelphia area, but he always aspired to move to Colorado and play in the Rocky Mountains! After a brief 5-year layover living in Las Vegas, he finally moved to Denver in 1997 and discovered this was now home.

When not playing in the mountains hiking, fly-fishing, camping, and snowboarding, he enjoys helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. Joe spent a few years working for a contractor doing home renovations, where he learned about residential home construction. With a background and knowledge on how to turn a house into a home, Joe turned his passion into a career. Now with over 12 years’ experience, his excitement for real estate continues to grow.
