Joe Smith is Children of Deaf Adult and signs fluently. I wasn’t his client however he referred to excellent agent in Southern shore of MD and invested his time to help/communicate between my fiancé & me and realtor; in addition, he invested more time to explain our realtor how to work with Deaf clients and basic information about American Disability Access rights. He made sure that I’m able to understand the home buying process. More amazing, he suggested me to work with Ritter Mortgage Group with lowest interest rate!! He’s professional, acknowledged and helpful!
