About Joe

Joe Sylve is co-founder of Sylve Realty Associates along with his wife, Madeline. Together they bring all the skills and resources needed to deliver their Platinum Real Estate Experience for family, friends, and friends to be. Joe holds exclusive designations as a member of KW Luxury and the KW Sports & Entertainment division. He serves as a member of the market center
Agent Leadership Council and is a Quantum Leap instructor in training. The quantum leap initiative is designed to train and inspire young adults to live a life of purpose with clarity and intention.

Joe has lived in Dekalb or Gwinnett County since 1991, and yet he serves buyers, sellers & investors across metropolitan Atlanta. As a life-long athlete and a corporate executive, he has learned to appreciate the value of executing the fundamentals with mastery and excellence. He leverages his grasp of the market dynamics that influence real estate values to capture the best outcomes for his real estate clients.

Prior to real estate, Joe successfully completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with honors. And later earned an MBA in Finance at the Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. He is an investor and an ordained minister who offers his broad experiences and skills to help guide and educate his clients thru the nuances, opportunities, and pitfalls of property transactions.

Madeline Sylve is a cofounder of Sylve Realty Associates along with her husband, Joe. As a trained engineer and the daughter of an art teacher, she has the unique ability to understand and appreciate the design and structural features of a home. She loves to guide her clients through the process of selling their existing home and/or finding the perfect home.

Madeline leverages the vast array of resources available through her Keller Williams network to meet all the needs of her clients. Her membership with the Dekalb Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors ensures that she works with the most comprehensive and relevant market information and is held to the industry’s highest ethical standards. She strives to deliver high quality, high integrity personalized service for every buyer or seller with whom she works.

Madeline’s enthusiasm for helping others and her attentive listening ears help her to connect with clients in a very personal way and to provide tailored service to achieve the outcomes they desire. Her superb attention to detail is evident when planning and executing a staging strategy for a new listing and in negotiating complex or difficult contract terms. As an advisor, the client’s best interests are always preeminent.

When she is not assisting real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at local church and civic events, weightlifting and exploring the great outdoors.

Joe and Madeline live in Lilburn, Georgia, a suburb just east of Atlanta where he spends his free time walking, reading, and listening to podcasts & a variety of musical genres. He also enjoys watching movies and is a sucker for all manner of come-back & come-up stories. Helping others achieve their dream of living a fulfilled life is his ultimate thrill.
