About Joe Tyler

Ever since Joe Gerber can remember, he has had an innate desire to help people. He learned incredibly early on the power of strength and perseverance in moments of struggle, but also the necessity to lead by example with empathy and compassion at the forefront of each decision we make. Having started his real estate career soon after the great recession of 2008, Joe was inspired by the stories of those affected and the resiliency of his neighbors and community as he watched them rise above, overcome, and begin anew. To him, this was a unique opportunity to have a supporting role in their stories, helping to redefine what “home” meant to them - and help them get to where they want to be. With a background in special education, social policy advocacy, and community activism, Joe has a unique set of experiences that ground his work in being a true Real Estate Advisor, not a real estate salesperson. Guiding family's home is where his passion lies, wherever that may be in whatever form possible. His commitment to his clients extends long past the day of closing. He has been a confidant, friend, and resource for many years (or hopefully for many - a lifetime). After a decade in real estate and seeing his business grow exponentially quicker than he had ever imagined, Joe proudly founded the Gerber Group. It had become noticeably clear that his strong set of values, his commitment to doing “whatever it takes” to get the deal closed, and his uniquely personal client care interactions had become the draw for so many new clients to look at him to help achieve their real estate dreams.
