Joe has worked with various members of our family buying/selling homes for around 10 years now. If you've never bought/sold a house before (or even if you have), there is no one better. When it was finally our turn he walked us through the entire process of buying our first house. Beginning, I really didn't know what I wanted, where I wanted to live, what type of house, etc. From the start, Joe was patient and understanding, while also educating me about the entire process. As time went by and I realized what I was looking for, offers were made, but time after time, they were not accepted. Joe stayed positive and confident, which prompted me to have the same mindset. Joe told me that 'we will find the right home' and sure enough he was right. His positive personality was able to keep me going during the home buying process. I don’t think words could ever describe the professionalism, knowledge and hard work (upon many other things) that Joe Waters portrays every single day. There was never a question that went unanswered, and when we needed something, Joe was there no matter the day or time. Joe was able to make sure that everything little detail was perfection, and if it was not, they knew how to fix it or who to reach out to. Our process was stressful but Joe continued to keep us(me) calm and reassured that things will work out and he sure was right.
