Joe has worked with various members of our family buying/selling homes for around 10 years now. If you've never bought/sold a house before (or even if you have), there is no one better. When it was finally our turn he walked us through the entire process of buying our first house. The property had several issues so I needed a professional who could advise me on an appropriate asking price and the ways to present the house that would showcase its potential. Without Joe I don't know if we would have survived the process of buying a home! From the very beginning Joe has been nothing but informative, supportive, and honest.
