Buying a house is stressful, I’ve been in the situation more than once, so it should’ve taken me out. But somehow Joe made all the experiences feel like I was just out shopping with a very informed friend who also happens to know how to decode contracts, negotiate like a shark, and talk me off a ledge when I was overwhelmed. Highly recommend especially if you’re nervous, indecisive, don’t want someone who pressures you, or if you are allergic to paperwork haha he’ll guide you through it all.

He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind, accommodating and always professional. I had complete trust in him every step of the way. My husband and I both sold and bought properties under the guidance of Joe Waters of Parkview Properties this year. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive in every possible way. In every interaction, of which there were many, Joe went above and beyond the expectations of any realtor in his position, offering advice based on professional as well as personal experience.
