After just one year of selling homes in rural Kansas, I knew I was meant for a bigger stage.
I made the move to Hilton Head Island and stepped into one of the country’s most competitive coastal markets without knowing a single person or even the area. Starting from scratch in a market filled with experienced agents pushed me to sharpen every part of my approach, from lead generation and client service to marketing, pricing, and negotiation.
