Joel Dizona

Since the age of twelve years old, Joel Dizona began to develop his love for real estate. He would build homes out of construction board and practice drawing designs. This passion has stuck with him, and as a real estate professional, it is his desire to equip clients with the knowledge and tools necessary for a smooth and successful transaction. Joel understands that listening to his clients’ needs and wants will provide an exceptional experience. After separating from the Air Force, Joel earned his real estate license and strives to provide high-quality, personalized service to each person he works with. In his spare time, Joel enjoys staying active, spending time with his fiancé, and their dog Zoey. Joel also volunteers as a paramedic at Waterloo Volunteer Fire Department.
