Joel Dutton

Joels 40 year Real Estate Brokerage career started with his family s Real Estate and Auction business started by his father in 1959. Mr. Dutton has been involved in the sale of over 5,000 properties including Island and Waterfront, Residential, Commercial, Farm and Ranch Land. His experience includes the sale of 13 Island properties located in Lake Erie, Detroit River, Canada and the Bahamas including Rattlesnake Island in Lake Erie and Middle Island, Canada. Mr. Dutton is recognized as a land specialist selling 10,000 s of acres of Land and Mineral Rights. Special note is a series of Land sales for the Coal, Oil- Gas and Timber Industries that resulted in the sale of 60,000 acres which is one of the largest dispositions of Corporate Land Portfolios in Ohio, Pa., West Virginia and New York.
