Joel has been helping real estate clients since 2006. He specializes in listing and selling homes and people navigating the North Shore suburbs of Chicago. With his strong emphasis on negotiation and connecting with the people and lives behind the real estate, he will always be in your corner.

He also teaches and presents negotiation and selling strategies to real estate offices throughout the country.

When he is not negotiating the best deal for his clients, Joel loves to be outside whenever possible, be active or get centered with a home workout, meditation, or yoga, or take a few swings on the golf course.
