Joel Kivlan

Joel Kivlan is a lifetime Kingston resident. He graduated from Kingston High school in 2014, and received his bachelors degree in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland in 2020. Post schooling he has spent the last three years managing his family's dumpster rental company Hudson Valley Mobile Dumpsters servicing Ulster, Dutchess and Orange county. His passion for real estate was sparked while working as an intern at Murphy Realty Group for a summer. During this internship he was able to experience first hand the role of a successful real estate agent. His background in customer service and coaching are a key component to his ability to make your home buying or selling experience a pleasant one.
