Joell grew up in Smithfield Utah as a farm girl with loving family whom implements this saying “Work hard and play hard” At the age of 11 the 1st papergirl in the Smithfield area. Joell started her sale and service habit, selling and delivering the Herald Journal for 2 years to neighbors and surrounding areas. Teaming up later in years with two partners of a cabinet shop whom grew into a commercial and residential builder in the western United States. Working 15 years in the business assisted in the knowledge and background of building and construction of interior mill-work and cabinetry. This was a great opportunity of knowledge and running a business which greatly helped in my Real Estate Career. My son and I moved from Cache Valley to Pleasant view Utah were my Real Estate Career began in 2001 and my son finishing High school. She continued rising early and has since and has built a successful career in Real Estate for over 18 years in the Weber-Davis and Salt lake area. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks, in both the residential and commercial market.
