This was our first time buying a house and working with JoEllen was amazing. She took the time to sit down with us and walk us through everything from terminology, timeline and the process of buying a home. We were worried what purchasing a home during this state would be like and JoEllen made it seamless and enjoyable! Even when we would look through different houses, she would also ask questions that we may not have thought of and truly was a thorough mentor during the entire process from meeting to closing (and even after closing!). We cannot say enough amazing things about JoEllen, and would highly recommend her to anyone that is thinking about purchasing or selling a home (for the first time or not). Thank you JoEllen for everything!

JoEllen was wonderful to work with! She communicated frequently with us regarding our needs or concerns, showed us houses via Zoom when we were unable to go ourselves and kept us on track regarding our needs and budget. We highly recommend her and would use her again as a realtor.

When deciding to sell our house, we had a few agents in mind. JoEllen came to us prepared with all information and actually sat down and explained everything to us- rather than expecting us to know. From the selling of our home and the purchasing of our new one, she did all the leg work and NEVER hesitated to reach out when we had questions or concerns. She treated our home purchase like it was going to be her own and went above and beyond on everything we asked. Was a fantastic experience.
