Joey Higgs

Joey Higgs is a 5th generation Denton County Native. Born in Denton County, he was raised working in his family's farm business. He attended the University of North Texas and received his Bachelor of Science. Following graduation, Joey took a position as a teacher and coach, where he taught for 32 years. In 2017 Joey received his real estate license.

Joey has found success in relating to those looking for farm and ranch real estate. Having grown up in the farming business he has the ability to easily relate to the everyday concerns of those in this industry, making him an excellent asset for individuals looking to purchase a ranch or sell their current one. With a friendly demeanor, it is no surprise that Joey enjoys meeting and talking with new people on a daily basis, another great asset for real estate! In his free time Joey enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and traveling.
