About Joey

Joey moved to Myrtle Beach in 1996 and began his career as a loan officer with a mortgage company, eventually going on to start his own mortgage lending business. In 2006, he expanded his professional path by becoming a Real Estate Consultant, where he quickly developed a passion for helping others experience the benefits of real estate ownership. Watching people’s dreams come to fruition became the driving force behind his career.
In 2009, Joey made the decision to close his mortgage company and fully pursue his passion for real estate. While building his network as a Realtor, he sought to deepen his expertise by working closely with a real estate attorney, gaining valuable, hands-on knowledge of every aspect of the closing process.

After years of dedication and hard work, Joey achieved his goal of becoming a full-time Realtor in 2013—a leap of faith that proved to be incredibly rewarding. Since then, he has helped hundreds of clients find their dream homes and would welcome the opportunity to do the same for you.
