In a town where there are so many realtors, I have truly found the star ⭐️ realtor. Joey Statum works with you, doesn’t just put up a sign and go… He follows up with you consistently and keeps you updated with news, showing, things needed to be done.… wheather it’s good or not good,…. He is completely transparent and honest with all information. Once, when I was out of town, we had a last-minute showing come up and he ran over to our property and blew all the leaves off our deck and made sure the house was the right temperature and “look” for the showing… good old fashion “realtor service”. Joey I just want to say thank you for everything!!! We actually sold our house twice!! 1st day it listed we had multiple full overs. Then the home inspection! Potential buyer back out, but Joey was able to connect us with multiple people to take care of the repairs quickly and very inexpensive. He went the extra mile!!
