What an honest and diligent realtor! My family and I tasked Johan and his partner with helping us find a house quick, and we were a pretty picky group, we had a lot of expectations and quirks that we were looking for in a house. Being a military family, we have experienced some awful realtors, and our trust isn’t easy to gain. However, Johan and his partner Audrey were optimistic and patient while remaining realistic and on par with our expectations. Johan and Audrey were our realtors, but somewhere in there they became more like our friends, this made the process a lot less stressful. Johan is a reputable realtor, a family man and a kind hearted spirit. Audrey is a down to earth, hardworking partner and a straightforward communicator. This duo does honest work. They are people that you can trust. If you’re looking for a sign, let this be it! They helped us find what seemed impossible, and trust me, we worked them to the bone.

When my husband and I started talking about buying a home I prayed, asked God to put good people in our way to help us in this journey, and sure enough he did! I went to middle school with Johan... a mutal friend posted something about him and thats were I saw he was a realtor! Right there and then I knew Johan was the one that would help us and guide us through out this journey. Let me tell you Johan went above and beyond for our family, he was always there for us answering our questions, driving 1 1/2 to look at homes almost every weekend... he never pressured us... on the contrary he would always tell us not to worry that even if it was one home that we wanted to see he would be there and he was! My wife and I recently bought a house last week and it still seems surreal. The thought of buying a home didn't seem possible and the steps to acquire one seemed unovercomeable. Fortunately, we had Johan by our side every step of the way. He was dedicated, committed, passionate, professional, and most importantly, understanding throughout the whole process. He listened and understood what we were looking for and diligently worked and negotiated prices and conditions that met our needs. I researched about 40 agents beforehand & out of all of them, we selected Johan to sell our home. He has a degree & with his experience as a loan officer, an appraiser & now a realtor, his wealth of knowledge is insurmountable. Upon first meeting, he was promptly on time, had a pamphlet of estimates & comps of the house. We discussed on how to make the house presentable, including staging & marketing strategies such as pricing it appropriately. He was very positive & upbeat which is important in this industry.
We wanted to remodel our home, Johan has the network of handyman, landscaper, painter, etc to accomplish the task. He was assisting the landscaper throw trash & even paint the house, he isn’t scared to get dirty by no means. He facilitated & coordinated to ensure that the remodeling project went smoothly.
We had a buyer’s realtor who was hard to handle but Johan managed to negotiate properly & stayed professional all throughout. Moreover, we always felt like he was on our side. He’s an advocate & always gives us proper perspective when things seem to go sour.
The best part is after putting the house up on the market, we closed within 2 weeks & we got way more than the asking price. What else can we ask for?!

Francisco Guerra is the baddest!

Looking for a home can be so scary and stressful. Francisco created an experience that was the complete opposite of that.
I never thought in my life that buying a home could be so fun. He was transparent about the whole process and showed me that buying a home is more than just finding a property I like. We were looking for an investment for myself and my future family.

Once we found the home for me I knew I would have a ton of questions that would probably have other realtors rolling their eyes. I am so grateful that this wasn’t the case with Francisco. He answered every one of my calls, and I’m sure I called him at least twice a day for questions that I thought we’re silly. Escrow went at my pace and now I’m in my home that absolutely adore.

He truly is a matchmaker for homes.

I had the honor to work with realtor Francisco Guerra, he made my transaction such a smooth experience for purchasing my first home. From day one, Johan’s nickname “running realtor” makes complete sense. Rather than flattery or appeasement, Johan’s approach is practical, realistic, and untiring.

I recently completed a full renovation of my home and as I had an upcoming transfer I was keen to tie things up neatly on time and present a finished product rather than a partial upgrade. I vetted numerous realtors as I knew my property presented some intrinsic challenges, and Johan stood out immediately. He is wise, experienced, and deeply familiar with the Hawthorne/Inglewood area. His advice was to-the-point and aided tremendously in bringing my renovation project to finish and on the market with perfect timing.

His sales approach also impressed me greatly, as he is far from a “yes man” when it comes to wishful thinking. On his recommendation, we listed strategically, and happily generated the interest necessary to bring the sale price to a healthy level, which more than satisfied the long hours of my time and extensive investment I had committed to the project.

We just closed on a home with Johan and his team. We first met Johan about 6 years ago when we were interested in purchasing a condo within the community we were living in. Not only was he kind and informative, he went out of his way to find a potential seller to sell us a unit. We were very much impressed with his grit as a realtor and knew he was one to make it happen. Unfortunately, we decided to wait and felt bad for all his time and work wasted when we had a change of heart. I thought he would be upset and I understood but instead he smiled and said, "Well once you are ready give me a call"- and just like that 6 years later and lots of saving we were finally ready to purchase a home.
We called Johan and within the first 2 minutes of reintroducing ourselves, he remembered us! We assured him we were "ready ready" and asked to see some homes. After throwing in two "roll the dice" offers with no avail, we knew we had to go hard. When we found the home we really wanted, he told us the seller's agent wanted us to see it before we put in an offer and that we had to be there in 2 hours- on Game 6 World Series night. Not only did he drive from Hawthorne to Riverside during game 6 of the World Series (The night the dodgers won!!), but also during a wildfire that severely impacted traffic going towards Riverside. We saw the home, made an offer, and finally closed on the home!
They say, "You don't choose the home, the home chooses you" and I can honestly say Johan was the driving force that bridged us to our new home. He always answers any questions or uncertainties you have in a kind way. He also has experience as an appraiser which helped us a lot because we were purchasing a fixer upper so we had to make sure it had good bones. His home inspector created us an impeccable inspection report so detailed and thorough with pictures and video.
All in all, if you want to deal with a realtor who truly cares and looks out for your best interest all the while doing what he loves to do you will not go wrong with Johan and his team for your real estate needs. I wish him nothing but the best in his business and I hope this review will give you an insight into our experience to give you confidence so you know you will be in good hands with Johan and his team.

1st Time Home buyer, scary process but not with the Running Realtor JOHAN! My wife and I were extremely fortunate to find Johan in our search for our home. My conversation with Johan at first was more of getting to know my family needs and wants for our future home.

Once we set expectations and starting looking for houses (the fun part of the process), Johan was quick to set up appointments with houses that were of interest to my family. We went to a couple of houses and my wife and I instantly fell in love with a house, Johan was quick to write up an offer letter that was fair to the seller but also fair on our budget.

Johan had an amazing idea which I believe set us apart from all the other buyers, he had my wife and I write a letter about ourselves and our hobbies. This helped bridge the gap between the seller and us, the seller accepted our offer and we opened escrow just a couple of days later.

Escrow is a great place to be, but also a very challenging part of the process as you have many questions about the house, financing and the big purchase price of the house. I would text/call Johan at any time of the day and he will be there to give my wife a great explanation and peace of mind. There is a lot of verbiage that we are not familiar with and Johan will always take the time to explain everything to us, ask us for our opinion, and fight for us.

After a short 22 days later, we received keys from Johan! Yes, Johan was able to move so quick we closed escrow in 22 days. If Johan would have given me keys and gone home after that, I would have been more than appreciative of Johan, but no. Johan created a lasting memory which my family will remember forever. Johan had a ribbon cutting ceremony, when we walked in he had dinner for us and of course a little champagne to celebrate.

Johan is no doubt the best realtor and I say that with confidence because he left me no doubt that the process was nearly perfect.

I owe Johan my life and I envy him for having a job where he is able to make people's dream come true everyday.

Mr. Cisneros is the best realtor I have come across.
My family had a situation were we needed to sale our grandmothers house quickly, so we would have the funds to move her into her new assisted living home.
I had contacted Mr. Cisneros prior to my arrival to California, (my sister had found him based on his ability to sale fast and over asking) at that time he was very helpful and ready to get the ball rolling once I arrived.
He had the house on the market within a week of my arrival. We had lots of work to do to get the house ready to sale and he took the time out of his busy schedule to put mulch in the planter beds, he had his handyman come right away to fix something that needed to be done.
The open house went fabulous. We had an offer the first day and many offers that weekend. We ended up taking the first offer and we closed without a hitch.
This was by far the quickest and easiest transaction I have experienced.
He is very knowledgeable, professional in every aspect of this transaction.
