Johanna Mulholland

Johanna is community focused and uses her breadth of knowledge about people and places to find the properties that are right for you. She is originally from Marion, Massachusetts, a small seaside town 20 minutes from Cape Cod, and currently lives in Middletown, where she explores the coast with her Teddybear Schnoodle dog Louis.

Prior to her career in real estate, she attended UMass Dartmouth and worked in dermatology as a surgical assistant. Today, Johanna continues to provide personalized care and attention as a Realtor®. When not negotiating complex transactions, she is active in the community, having volunteered at the Providence rescue mission helping people without homes attain meals and safe lodging, as well as at a local nursing home.
