Johanny has been a wonderful realtor to us over the last 6 years. She has helped us buy and sell two houses. She offers a very practical and knowledgeable perspective that takes away much of the supposed pain of buying a house.

Johanny is also very caring and patient. During our house hunts I’ve often stumbled upon houses that need some love and updating. Johanny is always there, whether it’s crossing a private bridge in the dark or a home with a trap door in the attic. When she’s there she’s ready to take part in the dream, offer her knowledge and expertise to help you make the best decision when buying a house!

Johanny is always my first choice realtor.
She helped me immensely when I was in a desperate situation. I will never forget it. You and Lori Fox from Gateway Mortgage Group. You did all this work for me, and Shannon, from your office, forgive me if I got her name wrong. You three ladies really did a lot for me in a short period of time and then I found an amazing rental property that was a gift from God, but not to the 3 ladies that had helped me.
Lori Fox had me pre-qualified for a mortgage, I saw houses, I put a bid in on one with multiple buyers, higher than asking, and lost it to someone else. Johanny warned me. It just wasn't meant to be. The rental I'm in now is definitely a gift from God. Thank you Kurt Neidlinger. I love living here.

Although I never became a customer of Johanny or Lori, I certainly do appreciate all the efforts, and I want people to know how truly grateful I am, and that I recognize all the hard work you did for me. I appreciate you!

This was the best choice we could have made. This was our first time buying a home and she made sure we did not fall for any new buyer traps. She made recommendation based on the properties we were interested in. She also acted as a buffer when the mortgage company and I didn't see eye to eye. She went way beyond what I would expect from her position and made sure we understood the process each step of the way. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
