Some facts about us...... Ruthie teaches Social Media and Continuing Education to Las Vegas Realtors.
Since 1987, Ruthie and I have relocated thousands of folks to homes in Las Vegas Real Estate.
Back then the population was only 350,000. Now the population is headed toward 3 Million.
Nevada draws people because of it's climate, low taxes, jobs, entertainment, it's newness,
master planned communities with a variety of amenities, senior communities, and so much more.
From 1990 until March 2019 we were one of the first 4 RE/MAX franchises in Las Vegas. Our goals were to build a dynamic Team of professional, client oriented, real estate agents. Fast forwarding.. over time we became the number 1 RE/MAX Team Worldwide with professional productive Realtors.
Love Las Vegas Realty has over 100 agents and propery managers. We manage over 400 homes with our own Maintenance Department and Home Inspection service. O48 Realty has 55 agents who service the valley.
