We decided to buy a new home, so we reached out to John Armellino. Our experience with John and William Raveis Real Estate was incredible. He took care of us like we were family from the very beginning. John took the time to learn about us and our situation. He had every point covered with his knowledge of the area where we wanted to live and answered many of our questions before we even had to ask. When we did ask questions, we were never left waiting. The whole team is extremely responsive. John explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker, to navigating the inspection process. John was with us every step of the way and always made us feel like we were his number one client.
We felt very comfortable working with William Raveis Real Estate, and we will not hesitate to reach out to John again when we look to buy another property.

I moved cross country so I needed someone who was very hands on to take over the sale of my house and John was the perfect realtor for my situation. He has great communication skills, incredible knowledge of the market, is diligent in following up with leads, has many connections to different contractors, and has tons of experience and wisdom that helped me make good choices that led to my house being sold well. We had some tricky moments but John was able to tactfully navigate all those situations with integrity and skill. If I were to buy/sell another house in the area, I would absolutely go with John again.

First contact with John was a phone call to me by John. By chance, I did plan to sell my Milford townhouse in the near future. I quickly got the impression that John had a great work ethic and after questioning him I found out he had an entire team that could help me. I went with my instincts and hired John and I am very happy I did.

John not only has good work ethic but he has the negotiating skills to get you the best price. And being a good guy, he not only took care of my sale, but he took care of me. Unless your house is in excellent condition condition, you will need cleaners, rug specialists, handymen, movers, estate sale agents and more. Finding such people on your own who are reliable, do good work and won't take advantage of you is difficult. This was another advantage of going with Team John. He recommended good people who he works with frequently and have plenty of motivation to do a good job and keep you happy.

If I had to sell another property would I chose John again? You bet I would!
