John has been selling Real Estate since 2005 and is a 3rd Generation realtor/broker. He has over 25 years of business experience as a General Contractor and a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He learned the business as he likes to say, "from the shovel up".
John helps his clients get what they want and need. He has learned a lot about the business growing up around family involved in Real Estate, Property Management, and Development. He went through the Craig Proctor Coaching Program (Craig was the #1 REMAX agent in North America for 15+ years) and is happy to meet with potential clients at no obligation; either on the phone or in-person to help with a client’s real estate needs.
John operates under Town & Country Brokers Inc, a family-owned company started by his grandfather in 1967, and is licensed as an agent at Gateway Real Estate. He uses the "Craig Proctor Systems” but tweaked it to work even better in the local region.
John has built a team of professionals to help him be in 10 places at once, and therefore greatly enhance the quality of service he and his team can deliver to their clients. Because of the unique way he has structured his real estate office, his client's homes sell for more money in less time!
