John Cook

With more than 37 years of experience in commercial real estate development, site selection, acquisitions, and leasing, John Cook brings with him the ability to complete any project from start to finish. Beginning in 1986 by starting a small real estate company, to more recently putting together multi-million dollar developments, John Cook has a track record of successful project management and has shown his ability to work with buyers, sellers, development teams, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
As a lifelong resident of Georgia, he has seen the growth of his hometown, Newnan, from a sleepy little suburb of Atlanta to the growth center of the Southern Crescent. Mr. Cook serves on several boards and is a member of BHHS Commercial Council, NCBOR, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
