John Demarinis has been in the Real Estate industry since 2003, averaging twenty-five home sales yearly.

John has a comprehensive background in California Real Estate Disclosure Law and contract negotiations. His specialized area of expertise is Residential Home Sales, Detached and Attached homes; Relocation services; 1031 Exchanges; Trustee Sales, and Property Flipping.

His experience includes consulting, sales, and real estate marketing services; creating and developing a marketing and sales plan; complete real estate market and price analysis.

John has a strong understanding of general construction and technological web traffic. He is licensed with the California State Board of Real Estate, and a member of the California and National Association of Realtors. He has a broad experience in Real Estate investing and portfolio development. His goal is to build a solid relationship with clients as a trusted Real Estate advisor.

On a personal note, John has resided in Danville for over a decade and feels extremely fortunate to live the community. He is a devoted husband, father, and provider for his family. He has two boys, his youngest attends Vista Grande Elementary, and his oldest, Los Cerros Middle School. John and his family are parishioners of St. Isidore’s Catholic Church and attend Sunday services.

His boys are regularly active in sports and when his workday as a Real Estate Professional is over, you can easily find John at the baseball diamond, basketball court, or soccer field. He enjoys volunteering as a coach for both of his boys when the opportunity permits, watching and attending professional sports, and browsing local car shows. Family is everything and John hopes to have an opportunity to serve your family soon.
