If your looking for a good relator.....look no further ,...John Edwards and his great staff is your stop...I had the privilege working with John to purchase my beautiful apartment in Riverdale, Bronx, NY. As a first time home buyer I knew nothing, but John took his time and explain things to me in details that when he was done I understood all that I needed to know to accomplish my dreams. He went above and beyond to see that my wishes were meet. I must say.....He is the best relator I had... And I had a few....So make John is your relator as well.....

This guy helped me buy my first co-op in the middle of a pandemic in 2020. He is old school which means customer service is his main priority. John helped me through the whole process which was daunting to a first time buyer. He knew exactly who to refer me to for a mortgage and a lawyer. He is a long time Riverdale resident and knows this secret gem of a neighborhood inside and out, as well as the Kingsbridge area and North Manhattan. John is a pro and you can't go wrong with him, he will take excellent care of you.

John Edwards is an absolute blessing who we will forever be grateful for. He made what felt impossible, possible. we've been in the process of shopping for a home for years, so we've had my fair share of experiences with agents. If you want to make your goal a reality, this is the person you need. He is one of a kind and unlike any person you will ever encounter. Professional, courteous, experienced, resourceful, extremely helpful, generous, honest, reputable, and a man of his word.
The way he went above and beyond for my family and I, is unbelievable. He was with us during the entirety of the process of purchasing our home. As a first time home buyer, we had so many questions (many of them repetitive). We had no knowledge about the process of purchasing a home. He taught us so much and walked us through the steps. Many times it was stressful and hard, but he was patient and offered us so many resources and referrals to help us through any obstacles.
If you have had the luck to come across his name, do not hesitate at all to move forward with John Edwards. He is the one: the man that will bring you dreams to fruition. He has the experience, the work ethic, the communication and the connections. To put the cherry on the cake, he is one of the nicest people on Earth. For the sale of our apartment, Lisa Schneider and John Edwards were an excellent team. Their suggested pricing was realistic, the back and forth with us and with potential buyers was effective and the posting of the apartment on their website reflected a keen sense of what people might like about the place. As a result, the sale went very smoothly. Not much else to wish for.
