For those of you who haven’t had the opportunity to work with John Fabirkiewicz at MarketPlace Homes well you are missing out. In today’s world where so many things can go wrong why risk your most important asset (your home) in the wrong hands.
You need an exemplary individual that has integrity, commitment, a vast amount experience, knowledge, thoroughness of describing each step, very efficient, know how to get things done and always is looking out for his client.
Therefore, I will ALWAYS recommend John Fabirkiewicz at MarketPlace Homes to sell your most valuable real estate property. I have had the pleasure of utilizing John Fabirkiewicz at MarketPlace Homes and his team to sell two homes and purchases two new homes.
One of the many things I genuinely like about John Fab, and MarketPlace Homes was that I expressed my concerns on the stress of trying to sell my current home and the entire process of waiting until the new home would be completely built. I made a call to him and discussed my needs, he was very thorough explaining what he (Marketplace) can do for me, by the following day is had given evaluated comps in the area and market selling price for my home and a Guaranteed Buyout Purchase Price in the event that Marketplace is not able to sell my home by the time I have keys to the new home. This is greatly beneficial to have a statement in writing for your new home builder.
I have been extremely impressed, which is exceedingly difficult to impress a person like me. Therefore, I will let people know about my experience, and I highly recommend John Fabirkiewicz and his team from MarketPlace Homes to get the job done right, I know this for a fact since I am a returning client of John Fab. He is the "THE GUY" for all my real estate needs.
If you are not convinced yet, let me put it in a sci-fi perspective. I would say this that the Marvel Comics and Star Wars have nothing on John Fab.
