John likes to say that he caused the recession as he got his license in November of 2007 just as the economy tanked. He used this slow time to earn his SRES (Seniors RE Specialist) then became one of the very first ECO (Environmental Consultant Agents) in the US. He also gained the Green Realtor designation and continues to work on the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
