About John

John R. Flor, is the Team Lead and has been the Managing Broker of Six Lakes Realty since 2001. Shortly after his start in real estate, his vision focused on creating a team of highly trained individuals that love their work and the people they serve. That vision is now a reality.

John grew up in Chetek and has spent much of his life on the Chetek Chain of Lakes. His passion for the area shows through when you talk to him and he often says "It is easy to sell what you love".

After college at the University of Minnesota, he was commissioned an officer in the U.S. Navy and served ten years as a Naval Flight Officer in the EA-6B Prowler. After serving his country he decided to join his parents at Six Lakes Realty.

John is an active father of four children and his wife, Julie, shares his passion for real estate as a Buyer Specialist on the Team. He is highly involved with the local, state and national Associations of Realtors, having served as the Chairman of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the President of the Realtors Association of Northwestern Wisconsin. He currently holds six real estate designations and thrives on continuing education and expanding his business.
