John did a great job for us. He was the realtor representing the man who owns the house. He had it beautifully ready and looking its best when we walked in: lights on, blinds open, fires burning, fallen leaves cleared away. He was able to answer all our questions about the property, and even fixed a couple of minor things that needed attention. And he's friendly and personable.

This is the second time John has been my realtor, with the first time to purchase a home and the second time to sell my exisitng home and move on in retirement. I requested him the second time based on his outstanding service and needed this kind of performance again with a tight schedule and what some would say was an impossible timeline. His professionalism and network of contacts for getting my home ready for showing and through the entire sales process was outstanding. For every hurdle encountered, John had the energy and expertise to mitigate it every time. I could not have reached my goal of selling one home in Maryland and closing on another out of state in a short time frame without his experience, professional work ethic and can do attitude.
