My name is John Horton, and lifelong Virginian. My passion is helping Real Estate Buyers and Sellers since 2014. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing in residential homes, commercial property or land, I will go the extra mile for my clients and always have the client's best interests in mind.

I work to achieve a win-win goal for all parties. Agents, past clients, and friends refer other to me because of my reliability and work ethic. Real Estate was a great transition from being a Land Surveyor and working in the Construction/Building industry for nearly 30 years. This helps me bring a wealth of knowledge to the table for my clients.

In my free time, I like to walk my two Labrador Retrievers, spend time in the great outdoors, catch a ball game, visit the local short track or just relaxing with friends and family.

Met John at an open house, he called later and said he had a house he thought I would like. I did but didn't buy. We looked at several houses and found one.
