John Houston

John Houston has more than three decades of experience in the real estate business. He has worked in markets stretching from Los Angeles to San Francisco, and is known as a perfectionist with a gift for thinking outside of the box –a prime combination in today’s market.

John represents buyers and sellers of homes in the greater Palm Springs area and beyond, ranging from entry-level to multi-million dollar estates. He has particular expertise in the neighborhoods of Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Indian Wells.

In addition to working as a real estate agent, he has personally invested in many “fixer-uppers.” John uses his out of the box thinking to renovate these properties and sell them for a substantial profit. He helps clients spot good investments, avoid potential money pits, and assess property’s true potential.
