John Hutchens

John W. Hutchens is an Illinois licensed Land Agent for Midwest Farm & Land Company. In this position, Hutchens works with clients to list, find, assess and ultimately sell or purchase their next property that they will be able enjoy for a lifetime. With more than 25 years in a leadership role, being a general contractor, and a home inspector, Hutchens pursued a real estate license in 2017 to fully utilize his knowledge and experience to further assist clients with the entire selling and buying experience in selling or purchasing their home and/or investment property.

Hutchens was born and raised in Clay County and currently resides in Wayne County with his wife Sherri. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and land management. Hutchens best attribute is working with others as proven with the past occupations he has held with high standards.
