John's goal is to help you achieve your real estate dreams by offering you his business skills including analytical, project management, financial analysis, marketing, mediation, and negotiation after spending over 30 years in finance, marketing and business planning at IBM and Apple Inc. In preparation for serving you best, he holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University, a BA in Business from Michigan State University, licensed as an Managing Broker and has earned the following National Association of REALTORS designations and other certificates: the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - only 3% of all Realtors hold this distinction, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), e-PRO, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), eco-BROKER, e-BUYER, Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD).

John believes in the value of lifelong education. He is very tech savvy and is educated as a Real Estate Appraiser (former California licensee). He is currently the Vice President of Washington State CRS. He is the former Treasurer of the Whidbey Island Association of Realtors (WIAR) and holds active leadership positions in several local community organizations and associations on South Whidbey Island.
