When we finally were ready to sell, John helped us sell our home for a fair price. His professionalism and go getter attitude is what sold our home in a short time. John had been representing the seller of a house we were trying to buy before it was foreclosed by the bank. When the agent we were working with became increasingly unreliable and unavailable, we contacted John and asked him if he would represent us. After contacting our agent to avoid any ethical issues, John agreed to work with us. John consistently exceeded any expectations we had. He made himself available whenever we had questions or wanted to see a property. One of the most important things John did for us was encourage us to look at the house we made an offer on when it was pouring rain. He arrived ahead of us and had found some water damage. He took us through the entire house and pointed out a lot of potential problems, and estimated the cost of the repairs. He helped us realize that we would be better off withdrawing our offer and looking for a house in better condition. Through John, we found the house we eventually bought. There are so many things that impressed me about John: his knowledge about homes and building, and the entire process of buying a home; his patience with first-time homebuyers and all of our questions, anxiety, etc.; his upbeat, can-do attitude and his thorough enjoyment of what he does. I would give anyone and everyone my highest possible recommendation of John. Run, don't walk, to work with John if you have any interest in buying or selling property!
