John Lettieri

Like many people, the ocean and wind brought John here to the Outer Banks. Now more than 30 years later, what keeps him here is that and so much more.

John is an avid waterman. He is a fisherman, windsurfer, kite surfer, diver, and boater. John has also been a successful business owner for 25 years with Island Cycles bicycle shop and Island Pool and Spa service.

Through meeting all these customers, homeowners and their guests, John has developed quite a network of contacts. He knows Hatteras Island, the contractors, builders, repair people, and the local community.

When John is not on the water, you can find him spending time with his wife, Jill, and their children, Isabella and Joey. Whether you are looking for an investment, second home or to become a part of the local community, John is looking forward to helping his clients find their perfect piece of Hatteras Island.
