About John

John was certainly a pioneer in the real estate market in Albuquerque. He moved here in 1982 from Kentucky after finishing college at Western Kentucky University.

After a few attempts at the retail business, he decided to take the plunge into real estate in 1986. It wasn't exactly the best of times!

Interest rates were hovering near 12.5 % and the country was coming out of a deep recession. Newly married with two newborns at home, he was determined to succeed! With perseverance & determination, he woke up with a "can do" attitude every day.

The list of accomplishments is lengthy to say the least. John has consistently been in the top 3% of top producing brokers for over a quarter century. Over the years he has served on the Board of Realtors in different capacities. The city council of Rio Rancho appointed him a seat on the Planning & Zoning Committee for 5 years and he was also very involved in his church, volunteering on the financial council and as a lecturer during daily mass. There are many more professional and civic accomplishments that he could list, but what John is most proud of is his two daughters that have become so respected & highly professional in the real estate business as well. Working alongside them on daily basis and providing an extraordinary level of service to all their clients makes every day a gift!
