Originally from Southern California, John has also lived in North Texas and Oregon before settling in the Puget Sound area, in 1999. He invested over 22 years in the airline industry supporting ground and flight operations. He also served over 6 years as the transportation manager for a major health care distributor in the Northwest. Since 2004, John has been transitioning into the real estate industry, first, as a loan originator, and since 2012 as a real estate broker. John’s experience in two highly-regulated industries becomes an asset to buyers and sellers as he helps them navigate through the city and county regulations that can be difficult to understand, frustrating to deal with, and tricky to apply.
John and his lovely wife Marla have been married for 24 years and have 12 beautiful children. John formed a real estate team with his wife and 4 oldest children, of whom he is thankful to work alongside with and mentor. When not selling real estate, John spends time with his family helping with their homeschooling, attending church, music recitals, road trips, and various outdoor activities. He also enjoys playing golf and shooting sports.
