My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jay Lynch for almost 18 months in search of our first home. Jay was always very responsive (and patient!) to our frequent Zillow links for any house that looked promising. Jay took care of all the leg work and made the house buying process fun for us. We can't recommend him enough. He's very diligent and always good for a laugh!

John is a professional real estate agent whom I had the pleasure of working with on a house sale. John brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the sales process, including analysis of market conditions, and pricing strategies. He had patience with all of my questions, which made me comfortable with the sale of the home. He adeptly handled concerns that arose during the home inspection, and successfully brought the sale of the property to completion. I would highly recommend John to anyone in need of a realtor.

Jay Lynch is a gem of a real estate professional. I had engaged with several realtors before meeting Jay on my first house-hunting adventure, and it was a revelation. His knowledge of the housing market is vast, to put it lightly, and borne from broad experience and willingness to dig into research. I've sat with Jay in his office well past working hours doing comps or pulling up property records.

Jay is committed to helping customers make a home-buying decision they can be comfortable with, and he achieves this with full transparency in mind. I've never worked with a realtor so willing to answer every single question about purchasing a home in general or a specific property in particular. An especially noteworthy talent is his ability to walk through complex hypothetical home-buying scenarios and breaking them down into manageable decision trees for you to think about.

Lastly, Jay is a genuine, kind-hearted person - an absolute pleasure to work with and talk to. There is no faking the sincerity of his approach to customer service. I've recommended Jay to family and friends and they all sing his praises as well. As a bonus, Jay has a pretty strong network of professionals to tap into in the banking/mortgage/finance field should you need a referral and advice in those particular areas. Whether you're a prospective home-buyer or a peer in the real estate profession, there is much you can learn from Jay Lynch as your realtor or colleague and I can think of no better teacher in this domain.

I hired Jay to sell my home. I was selling my home to buy a condo. Jay was very professional. My home sold in a week or so. Jay was knowledgeable, patient and kind when looking for my condo. We looked at several condos before I commited to my home. I never felt pressured or rushed to make my decision.

Jay is top notch realtor! He assisted us in selling two houses and finding that difficult to find home with an in-law. He was super professional, really cared about what he was doing, took care of any issues and actually made the process easy. He was on top of everything and followed up with emails and calls whenever we had questions.
