The husband is of course deployed…just to complicate things further. Upon contacting John, he immediately drove out to various homes and toured them for me while recording so I could send them halfway across the world.

I wish I could give John and the team 6 stars. We started our home buying process in the middle of the worst time to be a buyer. With interest rates going up, it was the most competitive the market has ever been. From our first phone call I knew John was going to be the one to help us cross the finish line. He did a stellar job of taking the time to ensure he understood exactly what we were looking for, and in the first few days of looking we already found a home, pre-market (thanks to John), and had an offer in. Unfortunately we got outbid, and then were outbid again on another home. We saw home after home after home at open houses, shoulder to shoulder with literally a dozen other families. We thought we'd never find our home. John really kept us going and found us our dream home. Then, after our offer was accepted, we suddenly needed to change lenders. When I listed John as our agent to one of the lenders he immediately recognized what was happening, PROACTIVELY reached out to help us, and we were able to secure financing at a much better rate. John, Joe, and the whole Pearson Smith Realty team made every thing from pre-approval to closing as smooth as glass. There were a couple bumps along the way, nothing caused by John and team, but DEFINITELY SOLVED by John and team. I could not recommend them more strongly, and in fact I already have to one of our current neighbors. Although this didn't directly apply to us since we live locally, when we did our inspection I got to see John work with a couple active duty military personnel who were overseas. The sailor he was helping out also has a house under contract and will soon be closing. If anyone was looking to buy in this area, I'd recommend John, but especially if you're current or former military.

This was my first time buying a home, and Mr. Lytle was nothing short of incredible. His advice led to my first offer being accepted. I had an offer submitted within an hour of letting him know I wanted to put one in. Knows his stuff, on top of paperwork, and things needed to purchase a home.

On top of that, Redfin tried delaying Closing on the day of. Even after John let them know I was going to have to essentially live out of my car if I couldn’t close that day. He and his team made sure that was not going to happen. I closed on time and moved in no problem. I can’t recommend John and his team enough!

Mr. Lytle is a true professional. Many other realtors treated my wife and I as just another number. To the contrary, Mr. Lytle encouraged us to ask questions, customized our home search, educated us on our areas of interest and then led us through the buying and build process step-by-step. During the building phase, he worked with the builder to ensure timelines were met and constantly traveled an hour plus to show build progress. I really cannot say too many good things about John and the service he provided when we were selling our house. From the first day we engaged him he completely owned the entire process. He picked me up at the airport when I flew out prior to making an offer. He gave great advice about making the offer and then handled all of the things locally when I returned.
