John has always admired his real estate broker mom, Mary, and the pleasure she gets matching buyers and sellers to homes. In 2017, he decided to join Mary. He wanted to share his passion for helping people with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors across Nassau and Suffolk counties.

John takes great pride in matching people to their real estate dreams. He is a true people person and believes that his clients are his family and that it’s very important to build long-term relationships in the process. Matching people and properties is his end goal. John’s prior work experiences prepared him for the many aspects of real estate. His time spent in finance as a commodities trader, asset manager, and Vice President of institutional sales has helped him develop strong negotiating skills, market analysis knowledge, and risk management experience, all of which facilitated his transition to real estate. Before his finance career, his experience was in construction as a carpenter. This experience enables him to educate and prepare buyers or sellers about different aspects of home construction and repairs to be on the lookout for.

Using the latest technology, custom marketing materials, and team collaboration, he is happy to prepare and perform a free and honest comparative market analysis (CMA) to help you make an informed decision. He believes it’s most important to prepare a game plan to best fit your specific home, situation, and needs.

John is always available to his clients before, during, and after the buying and selling process for guidance and assistance with tax grievances, COs and permits, and access to his list of trusted industry professionals (Attorneys, Mortgage Broker, Inspectors, Contractors, Expeditors, etc). He was born and raised on Long Island, and currently resides in Bethpage along with his wife Gillian. He is an avid hockey player and fan and is proud to be on the board of directors of Anchor Program Fund Inc.
