John Marsh

John retired after 31years as District Manager for KAMAN Industrial Technologies, specializing in business management and industrial sales. His extensive background in this field led him to receiving his license in Real Estate as an industrial, commercial sales and lease expert. John has familiarized himself with the Pacific Northwest working in many industries ranging from steel manufacturing and wood products to high tech and food processing facilities. He has a good understanding of site selection and the complexity involved with these types of industries.

John served in the United States Army and Reserves for 22 years, retiring as a First Sergeant. He was a member of the All Army Rifle Team and received the award of Excellence in Competition. John is an active member of the Roseburg Multiple Listing Service, the Board of Realtors and is a member of the Roseburg Rod & Gun Club. John enjoys antique collecting and restoration of Victrola and Edison record players.

John lived in the Sherwood, Tualatin area for over 25 years, then relocated to Roseburg four years ago. He is excited to explore a new venture in Commercial Real Estate here in Roseburg, Douglas County and throughout the state. He is happy to call Roseburg home.
