John Mauzy did a wonderful job of helping my wife and me purchase our first home. In spite of how overwhelming it can be to buy a home in today's market, John managed to find a private-listing on the street we wanted before other realtors could jump on the opportunity. We were amazed to be the only ones to tour this wonderful home and submit an offer without competition. Even the neighbors didn't know the house was for sale!

We are very grateful for John's patience; taking the time to explain the process to us and answer any and all questions we had along the way. We were never left hanging for answers or advice. John proved to be well in-tune with the regional housing market, quick to act on good listings, yet patient and well-spoken to keep us informed and negotiate on our behalf.
