John Moran

John Moran is a renowned closing agent and certified distressed home specialist. He has long been celebrated in the Temecula region as an honest, tell-it-like-it-is, no-holds-barred kind of REALTOR®; the kind who would rather walk away from a deal he knows is not in the best interest of his client, rather than just close the deal, collect his commission and move on to the next. John possesses the type of tireless work ethic rarely seen throughout the industry.

Prior to joining First Team in Temecula, John owned and operated Premier Executives Real Estate, a boutique brokerage dedicated to helping investors find viable, cash flow producing purchase opportunities and assisting sellers and buyers achieve their dreams of homeownership and profitable property sales. Before that, John was a top-producing agent with Rancon Real Estate in Temecula where he still holds the record for most transactions closed in a year (43). He achieved this monumental distinction his very first year in the business.

Since then, John has sold more than 400 homes and has earned his rightful place amongst the top 1% of realtors nationwide. When not helping clients buy and sell real estate, John coaches youth baseball, is an avid golfer, is a dedicated father to his 12-year-old son, Connor, and a loving husband to his wife of 14 years, Audrey, a pediatric nurse.
