We were first time home buyers, a family of five. We had been trying to buy a house and failing to do so for about a year, when by chance we met John who was showing us a house. We described our situation to him that night and instantly he was like I can help you. We were skeptical at first, due to our history with other agents and lenders. He was straightforward right away and started to get the ball rolling even faster than we had expected. He was really nice, easy to work with. We were able to get in contact with him at all parts of the day and he would respond immediately by phone, text, email. There was never a time when we didn't have communication with him. We even took a vacation to Europe while we were in the process and still were able to keep contact and he would update us on how things were going. He walked us through everything and explained everything thoroughly to our understanding. We have 3 younger kids 7 and under and when we had looked at homes before some agents did not like or were not comfortable with having them around all the time. John would engage with them and answer any questions they would have about the house as random as they would be. My wife and I believe that without John we would not be in our dream home that we have today. The only regret we have is not finding John sooner. - Samantha Orem
